Latvian company LV Māja is currently the only manufacturer of hemp concrete panel construction systems in the Baltics. For several years, the company has been developing a new technology for the industrial production of hemp concrete panels, delivering ready-made structures to the site for installation.
According to the specification of the structural part of the technical project, the wall panel frame is manufactured regarding certain parameters.
The frame uses:
- Calibrated timber (dried) CE16 / CE24;
- STEICO construction systems;
- CEWOOD structural boards;
- TORX bolts and fasteners.
According to the developed technology all necessary components are mixed in required proportions:
- Hemp spatulas;
- Hydrated lime with additives;
- Water.
When hemp concrete is filled into timber frame constructions, a hemp concrete panel is made.
